What you'll do
- Recruit, develop, and lead event planners; oversee daily operations, workload, service quality, and SLA compliance.
- Design and improve operational frameworks for HCP events and congresses, and support customer account initiatives and reviews.
- Manage event vendors, budgets, reporting, risk escalation, SOPs, workflows, and compliance protocols.
