Grow adoption of Veeva’s Vault Safety Suite in the Northeast, contribute to product strategy, and guide customer success across the sales and delivery lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Grow market adoption and customer satisfaction for Vault Safety Suite in the greater Boston area.
- Advise the Product team on new applications and enhancements, and support sales opportunities.
- Coordinate resources across sales, project delivery, and ongoing customer engagement; represent Veeva at industry events and in publications.
What they ask for
- At least 3 years working in or consulting for a life sciences company’s Safety department, focused on business processes and software applications or implementations.
- Experience supporting the sale of software and/or services to life sciences organizations.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations.
