Own US MLR review quality for Falcon, Veeva’s AI application for reviewing life sciences promotional materials, and help improve its product and workflows.
What you'll do
- Improve agreement between Falcon’s findings and human reviewers, and own quality benchmarks.
- Lead US regulatory monitoring with engineering and product; turn reviewer and customer feedback into product improvements.
- Investigate why Falcon flags materials and build processes for resolving user questions; automate recurring tasks with AI workflows.
What they ask for
- Experience participating in MLR/PRC promotional-material review in pharma, biotech, or an agency serving those industries.
- Knowledge of US FDA/OPDP requirements and the PhRMA Code; experience reviewing HCP- and consumer-directed materials against prescribing information and supporting evidence.
- Daily use of AI, with examples of automating parts of your work; hands-on Vault PromoMats experience, including reviews, annotations, and claims libraries.
