About the job
Provides ongoing administration, optimization, and strategic guidance for Veeva Network MDM environments used by live life sciences customers.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on Veeva Network, data governance, and best-practice configurations; execute data model updates and system audits.
- Manage Network-to-CRM data flows, investigate and resolve client issues, and maintain system performance.
- Coordinate client interactions and use approved AI tools to speed documentation and data investigation.
