Manages a technical team responsible for designing, coding, and delivering Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) projects.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ consultants; advise on coding practices, libraries, standardization, and efficient execution.
- Support quality and timely customer delivery, manage multiple initiatives, and assist team members and customers in meetings.
- Build scalable team processes and recruit new team members.
