Supports pre-sales adoption of Veeva Compass and HCP Access by advising life sciences customers, delivering tailored data assessments and demonstrations, and sharing market feedback to guide product development.
What you'll do
- Explain product value and address customer questions; design and deliver data assessments and demonstrations for commercial use cases.
- Manage analytics projects and contribute to scalable pre-sales methods, presentations, market education, and RFP responses.
- Build client relationships and share customer feedback with strategy and product teams to inform the roadmap.
