What you'll do
- Represent the product to customers, prospects, and internal teams; conduct market and competitive analysis and develop wireframes, requirements, and functional designs.
- Translate business and pharmaceutical industry needs into clear, actionable product requirements and work iteratively with engineering.
- Provide second-tier customer support for product questions and enhancement requests.
