Own and improve Vendelux’s web and mobile customer journey, from onboarding through daily workflows, while helping product and engineering teams design and prototype with AI.
What you'll do
- Design and ship features across web and mobile, improving onboarding and core customer workflows.
- Partner with engineering, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams to identify customer problems and deliver product fixes.
- Lead self-serve onboarding and establish practices for AI-driven prototyping and moving prototypes into development.
