People Systems Manager, Workday

What you'll do

• Configure Workday security, business processes, and core People operations, including equity, commissions, one-time payments, and clawbacks.
• Partner with integration engineers to enable governed Workday transactions through Slack, internal apps, and other tools.
• Establish data governance, reporting standards, release management, testing, and audit controls; partner with auditors on evidence and remediation.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience across security, business processes, reporting, and core configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Workday security architecture and Business Process Framework, including role-based access, security groups, approvals, and segregation of duties.
• Experience building or evolving Workday governance, including SOX-aligned internal controls, configuration standards, and audit readiness.
• Workday reporting and data management experience, including calculated fields, advanced and composite reports, and interconnected HR technology environments.

Nice to have

• Workday Payroll or complex compensation experience, including equity and commission payments.
• Experience scaling People Systems at a high-growth technology company or preparing for an IPO; experience using AI or automation to improve systems is also a bonus.

Pay

$167,000 - $204,000 USD base salary
