Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and product development for Vercel’s networking and CDN products, helping applications connect securely and deliver content reliably.
What you'll do
- Set the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Networking and CDN; evolve products and define new features and product surfaces.
- Define pricing for new products or features and partner with Engineering on performance and reliability.
- Work with Enterprise customers and field teams on connectivity, networking, performance, and security requirements.

- Built and shipped networking, CDN infrastructure, service mesh, or private connectivity products.
- Technical depth in service-to-service networking, VPC connectivity, HTTP caching, cache invalidation, TLS, DNS, and global request routing; experience with Layer 7 security products such as WAF, DDoS mitigation, or bot management.
- Owned multiple connected products and set direction for other product teams; experience working directly with Enterprise customers on networking, connectivity, and security.
- Used usage, reliability, and performance data to drive roadmap decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience at a cloud provider or on a serverless, container, or edge compute platform; engineering background or production network infrastructure experience.
- Experience with incident response and postmortems, or enterprise procurement compliance and security requirements.
