About the job
Owns the vision and roadmap for Software Factory, a product that uses AI agents to automate software maintenance and improvement while leaving key judgment calls to people.
What you'll do
- Define agent workflows, quality and trust standards, and human approval boundaries.
- Lead integrations with engineering tools and agent harnesses, and shape how agents build repository context over time.
- Work with design partners and Enterprise customers adopting the product.
