What you'll do
- Oversee plan administration and resolve complex claims, eligibility, and plan interpretation issues.
- Lead annual open enrollment from plan changes and carrier negotiations through system configuration, communications, and reconciliation.
- Manage benefits compliance, vendors, invoices, plan reporting, and employee education.
