Senior Staff Product Manager, B2B Care Solutions

What you'll do

• Own Lightpath’s product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with enterprise Sales to shape the B2B narrative, close deals, and support bookings and pipeline goals.
• Align engineering, data science, clinical, quality, and UX teams, and represent the product to executives and external partners.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including directing enterprise platform solutions end-to-end and driving initiatives from 0 to 1.
• Track record managing commercial business metrics and product or health outcomes in enterprise B2B.
• Experience aligning complex, highly regulated technical teams, including Engineering, Data Science, and Clinical, Quality, or Regulatory stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience building and scaling B2B enterprise healthcare or clinical care solutions.
• Hands-on experience directing AI-driven products, such as LLMs, machine learning, or agentic workflows, in highly regulated enterprise settings.

Pay

$197,000 - $295,500 USD base salary
