About the job
Provides technical support and sustaining engineering for Verily care and research products by investigating customer issues, supporting deployments, and improving support tools and processes.
What you'll do
- Own and resolve customer technical issues, including reproducing problems, determining root causes, and managing the issue lifecycle.
- Project manage client deployment issues and implement infrastructure, security, permissions, and configuration changes.
- Improve support operations by creating playbooks, knowledge-base content, reports, dashboards, and tooling.
