About the job
Provides regional AV support and installs, commissions, and maintains conference-room and executive AV systems, including on major office buildouts.
What you'll do
- Support and troubleshoot AV systems for East Coast and Central offices, including executive meetings and daily room sweeps.
- Install and test AV systems on office buildouts; document systems and coordinate with project teams and vendors.
- Commission, maintain, and upgrade AV hardware, including remote support for European offices.
What they ask for
- 4+ years of corporate Audio Visual experience, with significant hands-on installation work.
- Proven installation skills, including rack building, cable pulling and termination, equipment mounting, and interpreting AV drawings and schematics.
- Experience with video conferencing platforms and hardware such as Zoom Rooms, Neat, QSC, or DTen; working knowledge of IT networking as applied to AV.
- Ability to work on site in the NYC office 5 days a week; frequent domestic and international travel, valid passport, and current driver's license required.
Nice to have
- Dante or AV-over-IP experience; Q-SYS experience is a strong plus.
- CTS and/or CTS-I, Q-SYS, Dante, or other AV industry certifications.
Pay
$90,000 — $130,000 USD (annual OTE; base compensation and commissions if applicable)
