About the job
Provides regional AV support and executive meeting services, and installs, commissions, documents, and maintains AV systems for office buildouts across Europe and the United States East Coast and Central regions.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and maintain conference-room AV systems, perform daily room checks, and support regional offices remotely and on site.
- Provide AV support for executive requests and high-visibility meetings.
- Install and commission AV systems on office buildouts, including rack fabrication, cabling, mounting, testing, and project documentation.
What they ask for
- 4+ years of corporate Audio Visual experience, with significant hands-on installation work.
- Proven installation skills, including rack building, cable pulling and termination, device mounting, and interpreting AV drawings and schematics.
- Experience with video-conferencing platforms and hardware such as Zoom Rooms, Neat, QSC, or DTen, or similar.
- Ability to be on site in the London office 5 days a week; willingness to travel frequently for projects and hold a valid passport, unrestricted international travel ability, and current driver's license.
Nice to have
- Dante or AV-over-IP experience; Q-SYS experience is a strong plus.
- CTS and/or CTS-I, Q-SYS, Dante, or other AV industry certifications are highly desired but not required.
