About the job
Owns customer orders from purchase order through dispatch, handling order questions and returns while coordinating logistics and shipment schedules.
What you'll do
- Process, validate, and track orders; resolve holds and discrepancies with warehouses and Finance.
- Respond to customer questions and escalations about orders, shipments, returns, and delivery timelines.
- Process returns, schedule LTL freight, prepare shipping documents, and support inbound and outbound logistics.
