What you'll do
- Drive IPO and public-company readiness, including SEC reporting frameworks and internal governance policies.
- Lead corporate governance and Board support across Verkada and its international subsidiaries.
- Direct strategic transactions, corporate finance initiatives, and equity compensation and capitalization matters.
