What you'll do
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a systems engineering team while setting technical direction.
- Define storage technology roadmaps with Product, Hardware, Firmware, Streaming, and Cloud Infrastructure teams; plan and drive execution.
- Improve architecture, reliability, quality, and operational excellence across embedded storage and distributed backup systems.
