Supports and scales employee lifecycle operations, HR reporting, employee support, and talent programs in partnership with People teams and business leaders.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding with cross-functional teams.
- Build HRIS reporting and provide actionable data insights to People Partners and business leaders.
- Support employee inquiries, performance management and recognition programs, and process improvements.
