Manages post-sales deployments for strategic customers, configuring Verkada products, resolving technical issues, and training customers and partners.
What you'll do
- Lead customer deployment project management and provide expert post-sales support.
- Configure and fine-tune product features, use cases, and analytics; deliver customer training.
- Coordinate service strategies with managers and sales teams, and educate customers, partners, and employees on Verkada products.
