Architect and scale backend services connecting Verkada’s cloud platform to its deployed devices, including provisioning, firmware updates, and licensing.
What you'll do
- Design and lead major platform features end-to-end, such as the IoT core, device-metrics platform, or licensing ledger.
- Improve operational robustness, reduce pager noise, and help the team learn from incidents.
- Shape the platform roadmap with other teams and mentor engineers through reviews, communication, and direct guidance.
