Partners with Sales and Sales Operations & Strategy leaders to shape organizational strategy, develop talent, and lead organizational change as the company scales.

- Lead talent initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Support organizational transformation through org design, workforce planning, change management, and operating model evolution.
