About the job
Own the end-to-end product strategy and delivery for Verkada Intercom calling, including call reliability, routing, answerer tools, and voice AI responses.
What you'll do
- Set the roadmap for calling pipelines, endpoint experiences, call routing, and reliability metrics.
- Develop call context and controls, and identify, prototype, and launch voice AI use cases with appropriate escalation rules and quality measurement.
- Lead customer discovery and work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to prioritize, build, and launch products.
