Partners with Software Engineering leadership to source, recruit, and close engineering talent through a full-cycle recruiting process.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, process coordination, and closing.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering leaders and present Verkada and its engineering organization to candidates.
- Build talent pipelines, manage interview schedules, and document candidate communications in Greenhouse.
