About the job
Provides advanced technical support to enterprise customers by troubleshooting Verkada products, resolving escalations, and collaborating with Product and Engineering on fixes and improvements.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and electrical issues across the Verkada platform; own customer issues through resolution.
- Advise enterprise customers and partners on product design, installation, and configuration, and communicate technical matters clearly.
- Work with Engineering and Product to test products and identify bugs; help build scalable tools and processes and support teammates.
