Leads the Intercom engineering team, setting product strategy and roadmap while guiding delivery, architecture, team development, and customer-focused experiences.
What you'll do
- Define the Intercom product roadmap and strategy, and scale the product for growth into new markets.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews and hands-on coding or prototyping as needed.
- Hire, mentor, and manage engineers while partnering with Product, Design, and engineering leaders.
