About the job
Recruit and close enterprise sales leaders and individual contributors across the US and LATAM, managing the full recruiting process and building candidate pipelines.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling for enterprise sales roles.
- Partner with sales leaders and teams throughout hiring; present Verkada and its Sales Organization to candidates.
- Generate qualified candidates through branding, events, and referrals, and document communications in the ATS.
