About the job
Owns the strategy and operations for Verkada hardware’s post-sale lifecycle, including refurbishment, spare parts, end-of-service, returned inventory, and warranty-return support.
What you'll do
- Set refurbishment strategy, oversee vendor performance and production planning, and manage refurbished-unit quality.
- Own spare-parts programs, end-of-service transitions, and disposition of non-revenue and returned inventory.
- Support warranty-return triage and coordinate with engineering and quality teams on failure analysis.
