About the job
Provides technical support to enterprise customers using Verkada’s cloud-managed building security platform, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with Engineering and Product teams.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and electrical issues; own customer cases through resolution.
- Advise customers on system design, installation, and configuration, and communicate technical matters clearly.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to test products and identify bugs; create knowledge base articles and whitepapers.
