Troubleshoots Verkada’s cloud-managed security platform for enterprise customers, resolving technical issues and advising on product installation and configuration.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot customer environments across network, hardware, software, and electrical issues; own cases through resolution.
- Advise customers on system design, installation, and configuration, and communicate technical matters clearly.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to test products and identify bugs; write knowledge base articles and whitepapers.
