About the job
Provides technical support to enterprise customers by troubleshooting Verkada’s cloud-managed building security products and advising on their design and integration.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues; take ownership of customer problems through resolution.
- Advise customers on system design and integration, communicating through phone, live chat, and email.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to test equipment and find bugs; write Knowledge Base content.
