About the job
Provides hands-on technical support to enterprise customers using Verkada’s cloud-managed IoT platform, troubleshooting issues and advising on system design and integration.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software problems; take customer issues through resolution.
- Advise customers on system design and integration, communicating through phone, chat, and email.
- Work with Engineering and Product to test devices and identify bugs, and write Knowledge Base content.
