What you'll do
- Lead operations across clinician-, patient-, payor-, and internal-facing functions; set goals using operational data.
- Build repeatable processes, improve operational bottlenecks, and balance process redesign, automation, and product investment.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to improve throughput, quality, reliability, and unit economics.
