Build Vesta’s People function by creating company-wide talent and compensation programs while partnering with managers on employee and organizational matters.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain company-wide leveling, development, promotion, calibration, and compensation frameworks, and establish a management development program.
- Serve as an HR business partner to engineering managers and a growing manager population, supporting performance, promotions, compensation calibration, employee relations, and development.
- Handle employee relations cases and build repeatable frameworks; manage multi-state US employment law, policies, records, and filings.
Pay
$160,000 - $190,000/yr (base salary)
