What you'll do
- Source candidates using AI platforms and tailored outreach, and calibrate with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications and recruiting coordination from initial contact through the first day.
- Use AI to draft communications, summarize interviews, clean data, and reduce mechanical work.
Nice to have
- 1 to 3 years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related recruiting experience, ideally at a tech or growing company.
- Familiarity with an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable), modern sourcing tools, and daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable.
Pay
$90,000 - $115,000/yr (base salary); $90K – $115K (base salary)
