Supports production operations by monitoring automated batch jobs, troubleshooting issues, documenting procedures, and coordinating with internal teams.
What you'll do
- Monitor automated batch processing jobs and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Document technical procedures, update knowledge bases, and contribute to process improvement and proactive issue prevention.
- Escalate issues and collaborate with technical teams and internal departments to resolve them and support client expectations.
