About the job
Build and run Viktor’s community across Slack, Reddit, and review platforms, connecting members with company teams and turning participation and feedback into growth, retention, and customer stories.
What you'll do
- Manage the community Slack and wider presence, including Reddit and review sites; onboard and activate members.
- Coordinate community feedback and issues with support, engineering, and product, and close the loop on responses.
- Organize events and champion programs, and turn community stories into marketing content and public proof.

- Experience running a product community on Slack, Discord, a forum, or a subreddit, with evidence of personally moving a metric.
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders across support, engineering, and product and follow issues through to resolution.
- Strong event operations, onboarding, engagement tracking, and written communication skills.

Nice to have
- Experience starting a community function from zero or being an early community hire.
