Design and optimize manufacturing processes and production lines for desalination systems, supporting development builds through high-rate production.
What you'll do
- Lead DFM/DFA initiatives involving tooling, fixtures, automation, and control systems.
- Select equipment and define cycle times, yield targets, costs, and quality metrics; develop and validate manufacturing methods.
- Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to scale production.
