Owns and develops mechanical subsystems for water-making hardware, taking them from concept through testing, manufacturing, and production launch.
What you'll do
- Design, prototype, and validate pumps, valves, pressure vessels, and related components; manage subsystem development through production ramp.
- Develop and run test plans, make system-level tradeoffs, and collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Improve manufacturing processes and production equipment, support suppliers and part qualification, and mentor junior engineers.
