Leads complex healthcare software deployments, advising health system leaders and coordinating stakeholders to improve labor planning, staffing, and operations.
What you'll do
- Own multi-month deployments across several health systems, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and go-lives.
- Advise executives and clinical and operational leaders on redesigning labor planning, staffing, and management; align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build repeatable deployment playbooks and launch processes, and collaborate with internal teams on integrations, product lines, and customer success.
