What you'll do
- Manage interview coordination and candidate experience, including memorable candidate touchpoints.
- Administer and improve Ashby workflows, automations, interview kits, dashboards, reporting, and data quality; identify and implement recruiting technology and AI improvements.
- Own onboarding from offer acceptance through day one and develop sourcing skills to support priority searches.
