Own day-to-day employee IT support and execute operational security work, maintaining and improving systems, devices, access, and security processes as Vizcom grows.
What you'll do
- Manage employee IT support, accounts, SaaS tools, devices, and hardware lifecycle.
- Operate endpoint security and incident response activities, and maintain technical controls and documentation for compliance initiatives.
- Improve IT processes, manage vendors and licenses, and support onboarding and offboarding.

- Strong experience supporting macOS in a managed environment and with identity and access management.

- Hands-on experience with an MDM or endpoint management platform, and experience with EDR or other endpoint security tooling.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting an organization operating under SOC 2 or ISO 27001 requirements.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly at the identity and logging level.
Pay
$157,000 - $186,000 USD base salary
