What you'll do
- Interview stakeholders and design operating models, capabilities, roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and processes.
- Recommend and implement improvements; create operational playbooks, training, and change/adoption strategies, and facilitate client workshops.
- Lead client workstreams, coordinate teams, and identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and data to modernize processes.
