What you'll do
- Interview stakeholders and map or design operating models, capabilities, marketing processes, roles, and decision rights.
- Recommend and implement improvements, including playbooks, training, and change/adoption strategies.
- Facilitate client workshops and manage end-to-end workstreams, identifying opportunities to use AI, automation, and data-driven insight.
