Founding AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Design multi-layer agent systems that discover structure in conversation data and orchestrate downstream actions.
• Develop AI capabilities and infrastructure that process millions of calls reliably, quickly, and cost-efficiently.
• Ship customer-facing AI products, working across the stack and with customers to improve product velocity.

What they ask for

• Experience building and shipping software used by real users, with the ability to explain what broke and how it was fixed.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agents, tool use, and the standard components of modern AI products.
• Ability to work across the stack, exercise product judgment, and begin without a complete specification.

Nice to have

• Experience building agents for large or messy datasets, multi-agent systems, agentic chat, or voice agents.
• Experience with evals and observability, user-friendly AI products, or chat-based workflow builders.

Pay

$200,000 to $250,000 (base salary)
