Own product design from concept through production for an AI sales-coaching product, turning complex customer conversation data and workflows into clear, coherent experiences for reps, managers, and leaders.
What you'll do
- Translate customer needs into design decisions and ship production software in close partnership with the CEO, CTO, and engineers.
- Design how the product surfaces insights and supports users through screens, chat, voice, integrations, or automation.
- Interview customers, prototype and iterate rapidly, and maintain a simple, coherent product as capabilities grow.
