Supports the full range of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits, compliance, policy implementation, and workplace culture.
What you'll do
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave processes, and employee records.
- Support compliance, HR policies, performance management, training, compensation analysis, investigations, and leadership reporting.
- Manage the intern program and support workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
