Own customer relationships and implementations from pre-sale through long-term adoption, while helping build Vooma’s deployment operating system and AI-native workflows.
What you'll do
- Lead customer implementation and adoption, including enterprise accounts, and build relationships with executive and operational stakeholders.
- Co-create AI roadmaps and transformation plans, and track success metrics to demonstrate customer ROI.
- Coordinate across GTM, Engineering, and Product; spend roughly 20% of time improving the deployment operating system.
