Processes accounts payable and disbursements while supporting accounting close, controls, reporting, and audits.
What you'll do
- Process and code vendor invoices, support weekly ACH, wire, and check payment runs, and maintain vendor records.
- Assist with reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Support internal controls, company integration, and audit documentation and inquiries.
